The VF-B slim safety light curtain answers the most common request from injection molding, servo press and automation integrators: a compact 30 x 30 mm profile that still delivers full protective height and a solid 5 m cascade. Application and Industry ScenariosThe slim body is specified for injection molding machines, hydraulic and pneumatic presses, servo presses, packaging lines, labeling and filling equipment, robot cells with restricted frame space, vending and storage equipment, and three-dimensional garages. Integrators in Germany, Italy, Poland, Vietnam and Thailand use the series when a machine frame has already been designed around a narrow guard channel and a later safety upgrade must not require mechanical rework.

The set is delivered as a matched transmitter and receiver pair in a reinforced carton with EPE foam, two side brackets, M6 screws, cables, a manual and a test report. Cartons can be palletized for container shipment. Production follows the same 22 incoming inspections, 15 in-process quality controls and 7 OBA checks used across the VIFAR range, with radio-wave interference, electrostatic, salt-spray and vibration tests performed on the production sample.
