The VF-B2 compact safety light curtain is the fine-tuned edition of the 30 x 30 mm slim platform, developed for machine frames that must carry two independent switching signals. Dual NPN or dual PNP outputs let one pair report the protective field and a second condition to the controller without an extra interface module, which shortens wiring inside injection molding machines, packaging lines and robot cells that are already built around a narrow guard channel.

Each set ships as a matched transmitter and receiver pair in a reinforced carton with EPE foam, up-down brackets, T-screws, cables, manual and test report. Palletizing for container loading is available. Units pass 22 incoming-material inspections, 15 in-process quality controls and 7 OBA checks, and the factory performs environmental, radio-wave, electrostatic, housing-strength, RoHS, salt-spray and vibration tests on the production sample.
