At 25 x 12 mm the VF-ZBS is the thinnest front-mount barrier in the VIFAR catalogue, and it exists for a single reason: guard doors, drawer fronts and small automation frames where even a 20 mm profile does not fit. The 12 mm deep optical window sits flush with the machine surface, the 0.01 to 3 m range keeps the field tight around the opening, and the 3 to 8 W consumption allows the pair to be powered from a machine control cabinet without an extra supply.

Model code VF-ZBS + beam count + beam-gap letter (A = 10 mm, B = 20 mm, D = 40 mm). H is the protective height, L the total length including end covers and Hole the centre mounting hole position. Every two additional optical axes add 2 x beam gap to H and L.
Application and Industry ScenariosThe ZBS series is used on safety doors and sliding guards, drawer-type test fixtures, small assembly benches, semiconductor and electronics production equipment, medical and laboratory automation, packaging machines with restricted frames and vertical storage lift openings. Where a 25 mm wide bar is the maximum that a rebuilt guard can carry, this is the barrier that keeps the protective field inside the original machine envelope.

Each pair is packed in a reinforced carton with EPE foam, M4 screws, cables, manual and test report. Cartons are export grade and can be palletized. Production follows the standard VIFAR inspection chain of 22 incoming checks, 15 in-process controls and 7 OBA checks, with EMC, environmental, salt-spray and vibration tests performed on the production sample.
