The VF-CBS side mount safety light curtain puts a 22 x 10 mm optical bar onto the side wall of a machine, a conveyor frame or a vertical storage opening, protecting heights of up to 2994 mm without a conspicuous column in front of the operator. The side-facing window is aimed across the opening rather than along it, which is what tall pallet gates, lift openings and long conveyor transfer points actually need, and the 0.01 to 3 m range keeps the field precise even in tight service corridors.
