Product Overview
The VSD-K6 series safety door interlock switch is an electromagnetic guard locking safety interlock device designed for movable safety guards on industrial machinery, compliant with ISO14119. It provides dual monitoring of door status and lock status, preventing unexpected equipment startup when safety doors are open.
This series offers two working modes: mechanical locking with electromagnetic release, and electromagnetic locking with mechanical release. Multiple contact configurations (2NC/1NO, 3NC etc.) are available to meet different safety circuit requirements for PLd/PLe safety systems. Features built-in green DC24V pilot lamp for intuitive status indication.

  • Locked position: Safety contacts keep closed for safety loop
  • Actuator extracted / Unlocked: Safety contacts cut off to trigger machine stop
